SHIPPING & RETURNS
For all purchases under $99, a flat rate of:
$6 will be applied to Auckland only,
$9 for the rest of North Island (Non-Rural) deliveries,
$12 for South Island (Non-Rural) deliveries.
Rural Shipping are as follows:
$12 for North Island Rural Shipping,
$15 for South Island Rural Shipping.
All New Zealand purchases $99 and over will receive free shipping.
Orders will not be posted until the correct shipping fee has been paid. We will be in touch with you if that is the case, we understand this happens time to time as there are a lot of options to select from.
As our gift boxes are individually put together as orders come in and can include personalised items or cookies that are freshly made to order, please allow up to 7 working days from date of purchase before they are ready to be shipped.
Shipping itself will take up to 3 working days.
Please order in advanced as possible to ensure your gift arrives in time and if you would like your order to be delivered on a specific date, please contact us here. *Additional charges may apply.
All our courier bags are 100% recycled post-consumer and post-industrial materials, which are recyclable after use.
Any bubble wrap used are also recycled materials and can also be recycled after use.
Australian Shipping Policy
We are now offering shipping to Australia.
However, due to the delays our postal services are experiencing due to lockdown restrictions, if you select Standard Shipping, we recommend purchasing gift boxes that do not include cookies, as the delay may render them no longer edible.
We apologise for the inconvenience and please feel free to get in touch if you would like alternative options.
There are two options available:
Standard Shipping ($17): will take 3 - 10 working days for delivery and does not offer tracking services.
Courier Shipping($35): will take 2 - 6 working days for delivery and will be tracked with signature required.
*Please note that all packages travelling across international borders are subject to international standards of Customs clearance, this means we are obligated to declare the value of each item in our gift boxes on the parcel label, which may subsequently be seen by the receiver.
Return & Exchange Policy
As there are personalised aspects in our gift boxes, we cannot offer returns if you have simply changed your mind. If you or the recipient are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to come to a solution.
If any of the items in your gift box have been damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order and we will be happy to replace the item.
If there are any issues with sizing, please get in touch and we will organise an exchange, given that the robes are in its original condition. Any robes that have been properly worn or washed will not be eligible for an exchange.
We understand that one size does not fit all and as we currently only stock two sizes, please look at the measurements in size guide carefully and if fitting continues to be an issue, please contact us. We do hope to expand our size range in the future.
