Personalising

Can I customise the trinket tray to say something else?


Currently we offer personalisation of the trinket trays with names under 8 characters, initials or "xo" as a standard. If you have something else in mind, please feel free to get in touch with us here and we can look into it for you.




Can I personalise the cookies to say something else?


Currently we offer the following standard selection of stamping on our cookies: "BRIDE TO BE" "WILL YOU BE MY BRIDESMAID" or "XO" If you have something else in mind, please feel free to get in touch with us here and we can look into it for you.




Can I customise the contents of a gift box?


If you would like to add other items you have seen on our website into your gift box, please get in touch with us here and we will see what we can do!




Can I buy the gift boxes alone?


Unfortunately we cannot sell our gift boxes on their own, they can only be purchsed as part of our gift packages.





Shipping & Orders

How much will shipping cost?


For all purchases under $99, we now offer a flat rate of $6 for shipping within Auckland. A flat rate of $9 will be applied for North Island deliveries and $12 for South Island deliveries. All purchases $99 and over will receive free shipping. We are now also offering shipping to Australia. Please see here for further details.




How long will my order take to arrive?


As our gift boxes are individually put together and include personalised items, it may take up to 5 working working days from date of purchase before they are ready to be shipped. Please also note any gift boxes that include our cookies will take up to 7 working days to be shipped as they are baked to order to ensure they are fresh when they arrive to you or the lucky receiver of the gift! Shipping itself will take up to 3 working days. *Shipping times may vary during the holidays. Please order in advanced as possible to ensure your gift arrives in time and if you need your order to be delivered on a specific date, please contact us here. *Additional charges may apply.




Do you ship internationally?


We currently only offer shipping within New Zealand and Australia.




What is your Return Policy?


As there are personalised aspects in our gift boxes, we cannot offer returns if you have simply changed your mind. If you or the recipient are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to come to a solution. If any of the items in your gift box have been damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order and we will be happy to replace the item. Robe Return Policy: If there are any issues with sizing, please get in touch and we will organise an exchange, given that the robes are in its original condition. Any robes that have been properly worn or washed will not be eligible for an exchange.




What is your Privacy Policy?


We collect the following personal information from you when this website is used: your name and contact details including address, billing information and purchase details. All information is collected through our website and will absolutely not be shared unless it is needed for us to fulfill the orders you have made.
